TVU - PROGENITORY - 008
The great suburb was a term originating in the original design papers from 1990
when the station was near its end production, it was advertised as a mega suburb
a place where anyone could live a pretty good life in space and never really think about
the colossal station they're on. With a weather system, day night cycle, 1.1G and all
the cultural amenities you could want!
This had some unintended side effects of course, as TVU culture is almost perpetually
stuck in the Ussine suburban style of living and to some degree the culture as well
calcified some time ago and has been mostly the same with generational variations.
Though a great deal of change has occurred in the past 30 years
