Charlotte lost her parents at a very young age, that made her grow learning how to survive by herself learning some fighting styles, despite her size and fat she is very agile specially at close range, and her physical strength being of her big features, she also joined the Aura Knights since she wanted not only to find those responsible for taking her family away from her but also use her abilites for help which made her a even more formidable fighter.
