An attempt was made.
As promised, here is the sequel to the previous submission.
At this size, she doesn't even want to get up from her seat unless she absolutely must.
And while she once enjoyed movement from her growing children, now she dreads it; she feels stretched to the max. Anything more than the slightest of movement makes her feel like she's going to burst.
Everything feels so heavy.
Despite this, and while she won't admit it, she still finds something enjoyable about carrying them; this is the closest she will ever be to them. And while her body regularly reminds her how much it wants them out, she is scared of the gradual separation of their eventual progression to adulthood.

A gang of helpful admirers would be such a godsend here; to get things for her, to help lift and carry her belly when she must move, to feel and rub it and massage the pain of the kicks away...
To help her care for them once they're out.
Also, I like to imagine the lines of her old figure as her abs on her belly, just stretched out and pressed against her skin by her womb's size.
