It's a very nice mawshot and shades of green for his mouth/innards, nose, eyes, and inner ears. The saliva looks good without being overly copious. And you're right about his expression, makes me think he was looking at you (or the viewer) before, then just opened his maw to pretty much indirectly say "Want to be eaten by me?" Cool to see under his tongue, with the different textures inside his mouth, like his rigid hard pallet and soft flexible tongue and throat.
