Not every feral Pokémon lower in the evolutionary scale are intended to be younger in age. it's this misconception that tends to get lower evos clapped when they're doing nothing wrong. I'm sure the commissioners' OC is of a very good adult age. Let's try to remember that this is an adult section of an adult site and that all of the creatures featured are intended to be adult.
