Just a little meme from when Ferny got her hands on a second pistol, an item which truly defined her combat style. (Sid Meier's Pirates! made me love firing a brace of pistols and then discarding them.)
Reefshore never gained the renown it hoped for: by the time we came back from our 'kill the rats' quest which had become a lot more people-sized than we imagined - with a bunch of skaven refugees in tow - the town was being burnt to the ground by the nebulous Pirate Lords. One of their goons provided Ferny her first gun before the group withdrew with the survivors they rescued and the skaven. Together, they waited out the siege, then joined forces with a crew of goblin pirates who limped into the ruined port on a beaten up little ship that never got a name beyond the Work In Progress...
