It's doraemon and totodile but in the gbc style! I know the bushes are just the trees since i couldn't find something similar sprite to the bushes on the pokemon gold/silver/crystal sprites, also totodile's eye is a little different than the silver/crystal sprite. maybe it could look somewhat better in this art here? But the result about doraemon and totodile in the gbc style didn't turn out that bad
