The Velta Foundation is a secret organization and private mercenary group set on eradicating armed conflict with armed intervention. Founded by the first ever Changers, and strictly comprised of them. They seek to use their reputation, powers, and abilities to erase the Kingdom of Vaswain and the Vita Rebellion States (VRS). They stand at no one's side and strictly act for the protection of civilians, targeting only the military and the monarchy. They will even intervene against other nations if they are waging war, even against other organizations, such as dissenting rebel groups. One of the major members of this organization is Eiji Vita, the nephew of VRS leader Alaric Vita. A lieutenant in the Vita Rebellion States, Eiji joined up with the secret society through his Uncle and seeks to bring an end to the fiscal rebellion and bring justice to his people by slaughtering the Queen of Vaswain, Sophen II and bringing down the Knight who foiled his plans, Major Kon.
