This reference sheet came to life thanks to
Paper-Wings!
So similarly to the Lugia reference sheet, this Ho-oh reference is supposed to be what I put together to really define who Ho-oh is in both what they are, and who they are as a Legendary with their own personality, and a Pokemon that has immense power even by Pokedex Standards (Which those standards shift and both important and hold water, and then don't hold any water at all depending on who you ask).
This Ho-Oh in my world is The God of Sacred Flames, their flames can purify corrupted individuals though of course it is a bit of a...painful rapture. Whether it is possession, corruption by sheer evil, his flames can sever the ties of a curse, of a possession, and almost completely wash away evil from an individual. Though of course that isn't to say that he can truly wash evil away from a person entirely, you can't wholly wash away what innately exists, for it is up to the person to be in control. Beyond that, he's every bit a fighter as you think he may be despite any mildly haughty laughs you may hear such as "Ho ho ho ho ho ho ho" or "Oohohohohohoho". And don't dare think you're allowed to slack when sparring with him - you'll very much regret doing so. Recognize those pants he's wearing? Aren't they similar to one or two individuals' pants? That thought should be plenty enough detail to know not to slouch on purpose because of his looks.
In comparison to Lugia: Ho-Oh is the notably more strict one, mildly harsher, but strict, rigid, very well-mannered, just a bit posh (don't assume he's too posh), but easily out-going and from what I hope - charismatic.
In comparison to Ho-oh: Lugia is far more relaxed, lenient, loving, caring, loose, equally well-mannered, not very posh and instead a bit more practical, and a little bit more reclusive but does still have a different but equally appealing charisma like Ho-Oh does.
Also, I did take inspiration from fanart that I saw I believe on dA or so for the Shadow Form. And yes I did think up a corrupted Sacred Fire Pattern for both the clothes and the flame trail of the blade!
A large fun little detail: Only fans of the Super Tough Pink Puff can figure out what Achiyalabopa Mode references. -v-/
