It is SO HARD to take the advice and encouragement you would happily give to others in your situation, I know that very very well. I've seen it, I've lived it, I'm still seeing and living it.
Maybe you think you don't deserve that kindness for whatever reason, but if you're good enough to give it you deserve to receive it, too.
If you can't listen to yourself believeing in yourself now,
maybe listen to yourself as you were believeing in others who were struggling
the way you are now.
Go ask Alice in the Disney animated version: "I give myself very good advice but I very seldom follow it."
At least consider it as you rest some. Take a step aside.

Hack my hind foot. You do great work, and your art has given me a lot of joy over the years, and more than a little hope, too, with your clear-eyed view of things. I think we all have these days. We all doubt ourselves from time to time. But you've got nothing to worry about on that front!
