This is Charlie, he is a rockstar. Looks like from the 90s when all the rockstars were about as thick as beanpoles. Never the less, he is getting the audience pumped with a wicked guitar solo. Look at him go.

Don't pay attention to the background, I didn't have a workshop to have Charilie perform in. So, the lounge was the next best thing.
