A mouse of the 60th Royal American Rifles, armed with his rifled musket, patrols the Northern American wilderness in 1785. He is in fact, a Swiss protestant from Zurich, having enlisted in the Royal Americans. This British regiment was formed by the Swiss adventurer, Jacques Prevost, recruiting Protestant foreigners to fight as light infantry against the catholic French. Most soldiers were Germans or Swiss, along with a few American colonists and British voluneteers.
