Rev is a Thunder Dragon, but not a typical Dragon. Instead of being this GIANT Flying Lizard, he is instead just a very large land Lizard, with the body of a Cheetah, and can Run very fast like one.
Naturally, faster.
He is naturally very fast, but is able to "Rev-Up" and shoot like a lighting Bolt. At a young age, they arnt very good at controlling and judge distance just like how Younger Cheetah are not great at judging the right distance to go full sprint.

Unlike Cheetah, these Dergs have better Stamina, but just like the cheetah they misjudge distance.
