The Zoo staff did! :)
It was actually requested that I go up to the glass and play since the tigers found it entertaining and stimulating. They didn't seem to be upset at all and were enjoying chasing me around.

I freaking love it when zoos think of the entertainment of the animals first! That's just awesome.. :) So few zoos care about what the animals are thinking and are more concerned with security or the comfort of other guests...

Good for you for doing this!

I was pretty surprised when the staff encouraged me to go up to the glass, but when you stop and think about it, I guess they're just big cats and they like to play too. The other guests around were loving it as well. They don't usually get to see the tigers so active and up close.
Now all I needed was a big laser pointer. :)
