I start by putting my balaclava on my head form/mannequin. Then I take a 4" thick piece of foam and draw the shape of the muzzle on the top. I cut it out with my electric carving knife and shape it. Then I glue it on. Then I take 4 cheek-shaped pieces of foam and glue two on top of each other on each side of the head. Carve them down and shape them. Then glue on my eyebrow ridges are carve them. Then I glue on the bottom jaw and nose bridge. And lastly the ears. C:
