The groundskeeper’s shed! :)
I gave it a “worn down” look with the distressed floorboards and 70s-style paneling in the bathroom. The “lore” here is that the students “took over” the abandoned, redundant groundskeeper’s cabin on the lot, so they decided to refurbish it with a television, game console, and computer. Granted, some eclectic students might find some engineering skills in the robotics station in the cabin as well…
