This is Dr. Zaphoros's eldest son who has grown up among Likani's primitive tribe of otters and only knowing of his father through vague stories told to him by his mother. Zarsuul would be castigated as a youth for his hybrid parentage (their primitive & isolated tribe is unaware of what dragons are) but in adulthood his stature and intelligence will see him as the tribe's sole chieftain and champion.
