Alriiigghhttt…. So for a month now, I’ve been on a Risk craze/resurgancd as my pieces have reflected that, etc. Not long ago, I finally completed my first prismatic trial and unlocked a new alt/gamechanger ability for the mercenary class. This had consumed me as it gave the class its only ranged option and allows you to build entirely around it, which I love to see in games. A challenging unlock rewarding the player with something of value, it’s like playing a new character altogether as using alternate abilities in combination with Slicing Winds creates that secondary play style I love. Anyhow, I then proceeded to play for upwards of 17 hours or so, just trying to build muscle memory and practice. Trying to secure a good run. After much needed sleep, I did achieve that and through all of it, this simple yet strong move was the cornerstone, the single driving force behind it. I am anything, if not tenacious. Crazy, certainly.
