Zaide wants world domination now but after having to deal with the politics such as supply lines and infrastructure on a global scale plus being targeted other villains who would want to rule the world and now rather than having to conquer multiple now it is just her government. in the end it is more trouble than it is worth she with any luck a hero will stop her plans and inadvertently save her.
