Hell, if I knew! It took more time than I had originally intended to spend on it, that much I'm sure of. But I really liked the photograph it's based on, and didn't want to half-ass it. I'd say about 8+ hours of actual work-time - Very vaguely guessed, though. Glad you enjoy it!

So good, it almost makes me wanna hate you for it. You actually have to look closely at this thing to realize that it's not real. Even if I wanted to criticize this thing, which my almost-spite compels me to do, I simply can't.
(Incidentally, I know this guy played a role in another one of those Dracula movies, thus continuing, to some motif, the vampire/folkloric kick you've been on recently).

You're cute when you're hating XD I didn't even intend for this to look photo-realistic, per se. I could have blended and refined this further, but I'm developing a preference for a rougher, more "painted" look.

That's a kick I'm always on, with occasional breaks. :P But I didn't know about that, actually. Do you know which particular Dracula movie it is? I'm wondering if I've seen it.
