It felt like it was just another evening for the citizens of Alvertia, though this time it was different. It was significant to a lot of people in the city-state… especially the coven refugees living in the train yard slums. For that day, that announcement… was the official declaration of war against the city-state Red Flow City. Finally, a chance to finish the fight against the oppressive regime and systems that they fled from. A chance… to return to the sisters they left behind.
