Lyrren is a micromanager, easily irritated, and has no qualms with venting his frustration at his underlings. The better you are at your job the less he will bother you, and you might one day reap the reward of him giving you a good word to someone else. It's not all bad working under him, unless you aren't very good at your job. Then it's very bad.
