Coming from the same friend who drew my lovely GILF Hiro, I bring you: Tullius! This design spawns from a sprite I edited together to help my friend decide on the design for their own new Mew character but we ended up splitting them up. Still, out of his kindness, we have Tullius, the Noctis Mew. He doesn't have much of a character yet, but I'll probably do a fair bit with him for funsies.
