After nine years in development, hopefully it will have been worth the wait~


For this year's anniversary post, I decided to do something different... you may have noticed on the paw day animation that Leo looked a lil different, and that is because... I've completely overhauled Leo's model, along with a few design changes!

Major changes include
-New shorts, which actually look like real shorts
-Slightly darker and bluer tone of purple
-Updated body shape, including thicker legs and arms
-Completely revamped head model, which is a lot rounder and smoother on the shape, specially from front-face angles
-New glasses, which are now actual glasses and not diving/aviator mystery tiny goggles

While the head may have been the thing I spent the most time on, as I've spent a little too much time tweaking and perfecting the shape and the curves, the hardest part in this was the one thing I changed the most... the goggles. I had 3 main contenders for glasses, one being actual square glasses, like Rookie has, big round glasses with thin frames, grandpa style, and a improved version of the goggles he already had, just bigger and rounder. I wasn't sure what to pick... the last option was winning, when I saw a screenshot that alerted me to another option. Sonic Forces had a lot of glasses options, one of them being thick "bottle" glasses, with thick frames. Upon trying these out, it was obvious I had a winner~

For the shorts, the design was based on shorts I own in real life, just picked those up and modeled them mobian-sized XD It even has a button on the waist, which won't be usually visible, since it's under the shirt

But yea, that's about it! Soon enough I'll have another thing to share regarding Leo, which is... a proper character sheet! That's being worked on and I'll share it once it's done~
