exploratory drawing of my new lugia from my bf! idk if i fucks wit the more human face but i guess i can just draw whatever i feel eeehhh. he originally had a little fang lip like the pokemon but i felt it kinda made him look like a dumbass and he's a serious character in my minds eye.
i was torn between making the eye patches (???) sunglasses but i wasnt really trying to make a gijinka? idk. i did want to give him black sclera but i liked the lines for the eyes that i did and didnt want to blend them in :'(
