Heres Alek in the belly of the beast. The piece is explaining what would happen if the snake was not genetically altered and could digest him. Enjoy and please comment.

As I said on your other piece, I really love this one. I'm a big fan of digestion, and especially with snakes. The unique, laying flat position one has inside the long belly is unique, but also the slow metabolism means that the prey has days of slow, painful digestion to endure. Im glad to see that even after two days inside that dank, tight sack the prey hasn't lost any of his enthusiasm from the first comic. Even after 5 and his body is starting to break down he seems to be enduring it well (I think the soft whimper really adds a great touch, even the look on his face is amazingly convincing).
A journey any fur would be very lucky to take!

woah! such a great comment! Finally someone who likes digestion!, not many people like it suprisingly. :/ His enthusiasm will never be lost! well untill then ending XD Thanks soo much for the somment really appreciate it! and I know right? any fur would be lucky to take this trip, well unless they dont like vore, but we will throw them in anyways XD
Nicely done, though the fully articulated skeleton in the third panel is a bit fanciful. By that stage, the same acids that liquified the flesh, would have liquified the ligaments holding the bones together and they would be a mere jumble beginning to dissolve packed into the back end of the stomach. The last thing to actually leave the stomach is the indigestible fur, in fact, most of the snake's dung consists of fur, most everything else is absorbed by the snake. Those same masses of mucles that constricts prey also works on animals on the inside, churning and kneading acid into the prey, and mechanically pulling it apart. In the second panel, long before acids penetrate the fur covered skin, the exposed skin would have already dissolved away, such as the nose, tongue, lips, eyes and anus.
The speed of digestion is directly based on the size of the snake and prey. A very warm, active snake can completely digest and excrete the remains of a small animal in 3-4 days. It is only when a snake swallows a really large prey animals that the digestion can take nearly two weeks.
Great drawing nonthelesss. Thanks for sharing it wih us.

Wow! thats alot of info! thanks for sharing that with me, it's really fascinating to hear what really happens. I should have read up a bit before I made it, but oh well, it's out there now ^^ Thanks for the great comment, really appreciate how long it is too! :D I like to read through things like that very much
Thank you! Im really glad to see such a great comment! really appreciate you stopping by to comment on my work :D. That middle scene took forever to get the perfect expression XP and this was one of the first pieces that I added words to. Im very happy that it sets in the sensation and gets the person looking at the art to feel more into it. ^^
It's never easy to admit it sometimes, but when i see such yummy piece, i have to say that I really love digestion. Even more the way you draw it too, capturing the whole process much more accurately than some digestion works I've seen so far . Just yummy !
I'd love to be in his place, being eaten alive by a snake, feeling the digestion process starting and making me whimper while I try to be a good preything and not struggle.
Although I'd most likely want to be released from the deadly digestion chamber after about 5 days ("Stage 2") where I'd regret my decision to willingly be in that snake stomach, being digested alive with no hope for escape from that deadly chamber.

Not sure how you can survive more than a few minute in there.
You'll die of suffocation
if you bring in a tube to breath then idk.
Probably not over a day
The digestion process is slow but the acid and other fluid will start to be absorbed by your skin which will inflate you a bit and cause some severe infections probably pain as well.
once that's in your bloodstream you can say goodbye
Vore is a nice fetish but if we're talking about realism, I doubt many people will enjoy being in there for over an hour.
That is unless you're wearing something like a diving suit.

Hey, no problem,
Love your arts.
got any plan for a "humanoid" vore
Like this one of yours? but with a snake?

While digestion isnt my cup of tea I am rather fascinated by the concepts!
Any tips regarding a less than realistic snake?
Like, form the perspective of the prey?
Disregarding the more grotesque details of say bloating/infections and the prey witnessing their own fur thinning. (Im a li'll skiddish with gory stuffs, hence my rp's/digestion pics resulting in exterior shots of a shrinking bulge) -Boring I know- >.<;

From startup, the prey will die asphyxiated after a few minutes
The digestions strongly depends on the predator
Snakes takes days up to weeks for larger preys and the speed also depends on the temperature, Hot climate makes it going faster
due to the large amount of fluid, mostly mucus, saliva, drool, slime, or whatever you want to call it, the prey might actually drown to some extend
No real damage would happen in the first few minutes. so ill say it's quite a soft death.
The acid is mostly diluted in the other fluids, though so it shouldn't look like an independant liquid or anything, it's all part of it.
Large snakes can't swallow their prey using gravity, they rely on their body muscles to move the prey down their stomach by changing their position like a "S" so it push the prey deeper.
It's easier to visualize I don't really know how to describe it.
Snakes are cold blooded creatures, so the inside is well.. not warm as many people pretends.
I did get my finger in the maw of a snake and I can tell it's quite cold, typically, room temperature. so let a glass of water in your room for a couple of hours and touch the water, that's pretty much the temperature of a reptile.
Their skin is very flexible and soft. though it gets tighter the deeper you go. Only the neck area is ridiculously flexible.
Large snakes have close to 1000 bones. most of them makes the spine and the ribs.
Many people forget the spine and depicts the prey as a big detailed bulge through the whole snake. In reality, the bulge is only visible on the belly and the sides to some extend.
As said, there's hundred of ribs, they can't show many "features" of the prey either.
the Skin is quite thick too.
Unfortunately for some, Boobs wouldn't be visible as bulge
Hope that helps :P

XD I hear that
And it does!
What aboud snake behaviors? (I at least cant find many sources on this matter spakre for Alek's works here)
But would non feisty prey really make a difference in weather the meal is swallowed alive/feet first/head first?
Say struggling prey would be constricted, would one playing dead just be outright swallowed?

IRL, snakes are quite dumb.
They do from time to time swallow prey alive Struggling or not.
I've seen quite a bunch of videos of that.

A struggling prey can be dangerous for the snake,
the skin is quite soft and could be damaged by claws
it tends to be rare for larger prey to be swallowed alive with the exception of gators and such.
they can survive with a very low amount of oxygen in their blood and very low heartbeat, so they tend to survive for quite a long time inside the snake and it happened a couple of time where they managed to rip the snake open from the inside.
This video has some interesting take on snakes eating large prey

The jaw animation looks neat.

Digestion is a curious fish!
I for one am fond of digestion in many of my role plays but its more than often implied- via softening features from outside the snake's belly bulge and a shrinking gut, leading usually to the coughing up of a skull or article the prey was wearing like a collar.
The perspective of the prey ending when they coincidentally pass out before any real discomfort occurs >3>:
