The implantation process is safe, relatively short, and recovery only consists of wound healing where the skin was opened up. Which takes place where the subject has their underwear as that keeps the skin on their body visually intact. The device is installed with half battery charge, and it's tested immediately after the surgery, also after the subject wakes up from from surgical sleep too. The testing consists of measuring muscle utilisation, making sure each pad is attached to the correct place on the muscles, and they react to the electric shocks the same way and strength across all connected muscles. The vibration motors are tested in all directions, but at a low power level to avoid the violent shaking of the belly and its other implants tearing up the surgical marks. Next trying each electrical stimulation program through a wired connection, and via the remote as well which is when one's set up for the first time. This is also when the failsafe is activated; removing the remote would start the intermittent reminding shocks to the abs. During testing the victim's muscle strength is measured and the implants safe stimulation limit is set. Users can only increase the power level of the electric shocks above this limit after they disable it. Once the devices are set and pass testing, they're charged up via the belly button plug. Long charging times can lead to increased temperatures around the navel connector and the bulging implants, which is normal.

During the 2-3 weeks of recovery, the device is limited in power to keep the surgical marks intact as much as possible. Otherwise the rapid movement of the stimulated abs and the jiggling motion of the implants would tear the wounds up. Once they're fully healed, the subject is free to use the maximum level vibration setting in any direction of their belly unit, as well as the electrical circuit on any combination of their muscles (or all at once :3 ) up until the default safe limit of course. Both the vibrations and the electrical muscle stimulation were reported to cause nearly instant arousal and exceptional pleasure to the subjects. The default capacity of the main unit's battery lasts about 20 hours on the highest setting with all features activated at the same time. This can be increased by additional 25 hours per each waist battery upgrade, up to 50 extra hours of pleasure! Subjects are to keep their batteries charged between 30-70% for optimal heat dissipation and battery lifetime. Higher charge is possible, but the implants will deliver small shocks up to 3 times a second every few seconds depending on the charge level, to deplete the electricity until it reaches the 70% threshold. These shocks are mild and don't interfere with the subject, however they're visible with and without clothing as the abs quickly jump up and down. Too low charge results in stronger shock which is designed to cause slight discomfort to alert the user. These shocks become stronger as the battery capacity decreases, forcing the victim to charge the device up to the recommended value.

If the user refuses and the charge goes under 5%, the controller will apply constant, high frequency but low voltage pulse to all connected muscles leaving them nearly constantly contracted until the subject begins charging the nefarious implants. If this happens, properly navigating trying find your charger and plug it into your shaking belly is known to be a difficult procedure, and should be avoided. This measure was implemented to make sure victim's don't deplete their batteries intentionally to escape the machines. Once they're implanted, you only have control over them as long as you keep the batteries within the recommended threshold. Should you not, you must face the automatic measures your implants force upon you via the extreme sensation of your belly muscles. Fully depleting the batteries is possible; it's quite a challenge to endure the constant stimulation for that long, though. For that reason, low charge situations are to be avoided at all cost. It's recommended to keep track of the battery levels of your belly stimulators to avoid uncomfortable situations, especially in public.
