Katrina “Kat” Benatar is a Lioness who grew up in the Bronx, NY. The youngest of 4 and with 3 older brothers who made sure she was safe but also taught her how to defend herself at her family’s MMA gym, Red Paw MMA gym. Each of her brothers taught her a different fighting style, BJJ, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Also she hits the gym hard to make sure she is not one to be messed with!
