Hi guys, happy Mermay 2025! For this ocassional celebration of merfolk around the world, I decided to turn myself into a merwolf against my will! R.I.P my swimming trunks though, guess I now have to wear my wetsuit until I get a new pair, sigh. :(
Anyway, as you can see here I try to refine the shading to be a little more accurate to the lighting. I even added light rays in the background to help me with where I place the little shadows. Another interesting fact regarding the making of the picture is that I first drew it on paper during work (I'm in work practice so they allowed me to draw on my first day), scanned it and then traced the sketch into digital art. It was a fun experiment! ^w^
