That's how it would be.

Resting over the clouds is a great place. Maybe a bit cold at times but also the sun is very strong which i can perfectly collect with my wings. Just rarely some very confused mountaineer really reaches here but probably attributes their sight with the lack of oxygen and that they might need to consider their hobbys.
