Breathtaking vistas are best viewed from aerial heights. And who better to tag along with to the high skies than a wyvern, one of dragonkind's more agile cousins in flight?
A clear day calls to us, to feel the sun and the chill of the mountains alike. To merely spread the wings and see our reflections in clear waters below could be enough, yet it just felt like the right time and place for a little bit of light-hearted play. Inexperienced as I am, aerial acrobatics seemed worth a try. Truly, an intricate dance with the light flickering between the wing membranes.

A stunning piece I got as a gift for Netherwing, a vern friend of mine and a remarkable personality. Done by one of my favorite artists, Orisana, who happily took on the challenge of such a dynamic pose. I love the background there with the reflection of the snowy mountains and a sense of grand, open expanse of the sky. The way the light reflects off those wings is truly pleasing to the eye as well. Aerial artworks definitely turn out to be some of the most attention-grabbing ones.
