Okay! I made a few things here, but there are only three recipes. The rest of the items are store-bought, because I have to save time and effort somewhere.
A. Deviled Eggs (upper left)
1. 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
2. 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise
3. 1 heaping tbsp bacon bits
4. Smoked paprika
a. pop the yolks out of the eggs and break them up with a fork
b. mix the yolks with the mayo and bacon bits (not until smooth; texture's important)
c. load the mix into the egg whites; sprinkle paprika over them.

B. Salmon Burgers (center bottom)
1. Two cans salmon filets; drained, skinned and very very very carefully picked over to make sure there's no bones
2. Seasoned bread crumbs, maybe a cup
3. Sliced green onions
4. 2 tsps Old Bay seasoning
5. 6 tbsps egg substitute (or 2 eggs)
a. mix everything together
b. form into patties
c. grill or pan-fry (I used my All-Clad™ grill pan, and cooked them indoors - a bit over medium heat for a total of 15 minutes, turning once)

C. Cocktail Sauce (upper right)
1. 1/4 Cup catsup (or ketchup)
2. Juice of 1 lemon wedge (1/8 of a whole lemon)
3. Dash Worcestershire sauce
4. Tabasco to taste
5. 1 large tbsp drained prepared horseradish, or to taste
a. mix it all together a day before you serve it to let the flavors have an orgy

My sister cribbed our Mom's deviled egg recipe. It always had a little zing to it; turns out that's vinegar and Dijon mustard. Part of it is what she uses for 'vinegar', though. Pickled onion brine works well, as does bread and butter pickle liquid. Heck, our Dad used to buy pickled beets an reuse the liquid to pickle hard-boiled eggs!
