On the subject of potatoes, I always find it weird how they're stored in stores, out in the light. I was always taught to leave them in a dark dry place :P

Potatoes smell so so so bad when they rot. It was the worst scavenger hunt ever one day to find what "that nasty smell" was one day. 8C And Onions! Why they gotta flake everywhere D:

The shitty part about this bag is that it was in the middle of the bag, like two potatoes were rotting together, so I kept holding up the bag and I couldn't see anything on the outside of it! And the smell was kind of strange and vaguely buttery so I thought it might be the new box of popcorn I had bought. :(

It's the strangest smell ever, and it makes me so sad because I always need potatos after it happens

WHY is it that a net bag of onions seems to seal up when you want to get one out, yet become this gaping Onion Ejection Mechanism when you're trying to keep them together?
