I've recently been on an adventure through old DnD first edition books, and something about the art style in the drawings really stood out to me. Inspired, I figured I try and see if i can capture some of that pen heavy style. I've never quite done hatching to this scale before, so it was pretty fun to figure things out and learn something new!

Done in my A5 sketchbook, Using a variety of micron pens, especially the .03, .01, & .005. I also used a pencil to do light sketching before the lineart!
