In the heart of the dense jungle, where sunlight filtered through the trees in scattered patterns, Kaa the python slumbered among the canopy. Suddenly, his eyes flickered open, catching a glimpse of movement among the foliage. Sparked by curiosity, he slithered silently down to the lower branches, his senses attuned to the slightest disturbance. In a clearing below, Kaa caught sight of a young Mobian fox cub wandering lonely and aimlessly through the undergrowth.
"Ah, what have we here?" Kaa mused to himself, his gaze fixated on the unsuspecting little cub. To Kaa, the fox appeared as another potential prey, a delicious morsel that had strayed into his domain. And he was a rather cute-looking sort. Intrigued by the fox's innocence and vulnerability, Kaa decided to approach him cautiously, his hypnotic gaze already weaving its spell.
The little fox cub had two tails and wore a red loincloth. He was short and slightly pudgy, typical for young Mobians. Lost in his thoughts and oblivious to the danger lurking nearby, he continued his solitary journey through the jungle. The rustling of leaves underfoot masked the subtle approach of Kaa, who moved closer with a predatory intent. As the fox turned a corner, he found himself face-to-face with the mesmerizing python, whose hypnotic eyes held a strange allure.
"Hello there, fox-ssss cub," Kaa's voice, smooth and soothing, cut through the silence of the forest, causing the fox cub to freeze in his tracks. "Losssst in the jungle, are we, little one?" Startled by the unexpected sound, the cub's eyes widening as he beheld the magnificent python before him.
"I... I was just exploring," the young fox stammered, his gaze flitting nervously to Kaa's mesmerizing eyes. "And I'm just passing through. I don't want any trouble."
“Exploring, you say? Ah, ssssuch a brave young ssssoul,” Kaa purred, "But you know, my dear boy, a little cub like you should not be all alone this deep in the jungle." Kaa's eyes began to undulate in a hypnotic rhythm that drew the little fox closer, his defenses slowly weakening under the weight of Kaa's enchantment.
"Who are you?" asked the fox cub curiously. "Kaa," the snake answered. “And what is your name, fox-ssss cub?” Startled but intrigued, Tails felt a strange pull towards Kaa, his movements guided by a force beyond his control. “E–Everyone calls me… Tails,“ answered the fox cub. “How interesting,” replied Kaa as he noticed the fox boy's two tails, which he assumed were his namesakes.
As Kaa kept his hypnotic gaze on Tails he took advantage of this distraction to lower his tail from the branch he was on and began to carefully wrap the fox cub's body. Meanwhile, Tails continued to look into the mysterious python’s colorful eyes, completely oblivious to the coils slowly slithering up his legs...

So here's part 1 of Tails the Fox Cub encountering Kaa. Wonder what happens from here?
I don't see much of Tails in a coiled scenario, especially with Kaa, so I've just decided to start my some of my own. There is a lot in store for our two-tailed fox boy and hypnotic python.
In case you're wondering, I purposely designed Tails as sort of a parody of Mowgli from The Jungle Book just because I thought it would fit the scenario a little more. Plus, I thought he looked cute like this. And yes, I tried to avoid giving him human-like feet. I'm not really into that design choice. In the future, I might do his traditional design with his gloves and sneakers, but for now, our "fox cub" is from the jungle.
I also tried to do my best with the background. At first I thought about using a background image from the Jungle Book movie, but I ultimately decided to make it myself.
