Have some hurfdurf Veal in a way-too-tiny bathing suit. Short. Bus.
This was done mostly as a test of some Noodler's dip/fountain pen ink I got, part of a limited line of inks named after Russian writers, poets, and artists. This is the 'Kuprin' ink, sort of a reddish pink. It is blacklight reactive.
I am so totally impressed how everything resistant this ink is. In order to actually smear, smudge, or otherwise damage the ink, I had to physically destroy the paper. Soaking in alcohol and other solvents for hours didn't touch it. I guess Noodler's doesn't lie when they say it's eternal.
Pen and ink, watercolor, and acrylic on cotton paper. BG is scanned origami paper.

I was skeptical when I bought it - the company makes some pretty fabulous claims in terms of how resistant it is to chemicals, etc. The Kuprin ink isn't even part of their bulletproof line, it's 'only' eternal.
They do not lie, and it really does perform like they said. The only real word of caution is to make sure the tines are adjusted properly on whatever fountain pen you put it into. Their inks are a little thicker and work great in the vintage pens I have, but a lot of modern pens are built to take thin modern inks. Some cheap modern pens with poorly-adjusted nibs may run dry.
I was worried it would bleed some when I put my brush to it just from leftover pigment on the top of the paper, but I let it dry overnight and had no problems with it. These inks are a great replacement for disposable brush pens and Microns.

Damn I love my noodlers black! and I dunno if its still on the site but before they DID have a thing of if you COULD lift the ink without damaging the paper and told them how you did it you could get 5k prize. That there is a statement of *yes we are sure*
I love that color.. one day... I'mma have lots of FP and inks to go with. ( have 2 fp atm)

Fuck yeah Noodler's buddies! :>
I think I have a pen problem. *_* I have... 10, but that includes the cheap ones, like a Pilot Plumix, two Preppies, and two Pilot Petites. I really want to get a raden Vanishing Point, but the raden body is so much more expensive T_T Probably just going to be getting a red one... This picture was done with a dip pen. I need to get an inkwell or something. If I knock the Noodler's all over the carpet there is no way I am ever going to get it out. @_@
Noodler's rocks. I know a few months ago there was a physicist that contacted them - he found a way to remove their Heart of Darkness with a fucking laser. So they adjusted the formulation slightly so it's effing laser-proof.

lazer proof. dayum :D
Also yeah, I handle my single bottle of ink like its friggen nitroglycerin. When I have money I am definitely going to feed my love of Fountain pens.
I have a clear lamy and a pilot pocket pen from the 70s I got from ebay.
The pens I adore most are the clear versions.
As for the carpet, I guess you could cut it out... hehe
