Just had an interesting idea when I saw this pic and the next one you published!
What if someone was an indentured servant or somehow a maid that didn't have a choice in serving their master, and one of the things they were subjected to was eating some uncooked troll meat... forcing them to do their duties with an ever expanding stomach and having to deal with the ever increasing weight they constantly gain.
