Inspired by the inflation scene from the Powerpuff Girls episode: Imaginary Fiend, Hariet uses Wendy’s thumb as a pathway for air as she takes a deep breath and blows on it, which in turn causes Wendy’s body to inflate like a balloon and start floating off the ground. You gotta love cartoon physics/logic.
