I dont watch live action adaptations of animated things.
I did seen a trailer, and after 30seconds of pure 3d animation I started to think, maybe it will be an 3d animated adaptation.(then came the disapointment )
A 3D might have had a tiny tiny chance of Lifeguard to make an appearance, because I was pretty sure they would leave her out of a real filming.
Also, I dont think they would spent that huge amount of time and money trying to find someone who would look as awesome and close ass she is.
besides, if they replaced the pale bold ice-cream dude with the ice cream dude from the trailer, (if that was supposed to be him) it is clear they are not holding to the original at all.
