I did a new transformation sequence with an athletic swimmer turning into a Floatzel robot with the help of a special cyclops.

Her body is converting to a digital place as to fit better in the robot body.

Her water gun is placed in her left arm instead of in her mouth, but she's still a good shot with it.

Her tails are able to rotate like a propeller, just like normal Buizels and Floatzels to propel herself at a high speed in the waters.

The yellow flotation device can still keep her metal body afloat and can be pumped up with more air

She speaks through her mouth which flashes by each syllable

To note, she likes to call herself Rain while she's in her robot form.

And River likes it when there are more Floatzel characters no matter if they're major or minor.
