Ombra here is actually quite nice when she sees that you're at least trying. She will only lose her patience when someone is genuinely lazy and careless.

Little extra tip on the polishing; works best if there's still a liiittle bit water left after drying, not when it's already completely dry. You polish it dry, basically.
This has only been my experience though, a professional polisher could probably give better advice on cleaning.
