So who is she?

To the City she is a Construction Site Owner who is getting revenge on the City for closing her down for health and safety concerns (she asked for High vis vests for the workers and they sent her the wrong colour for construction and that mix up was enough to shut her down)

Well to Delilah and Samantha back in the late 80's early 90's She was The Construction Nut the number one villain in the world Watch out for her mallet its got a roller mode and a big kaboom mode... and a normal mallet mode so uh, back at her peak Delilah and Samantha could not compete with her but the problem was that when they both joined the hero/villain game they were in their early 20's adapting to the new hero/villain world while she was in her 30's already in her ways cant adapt to the new ways this left the gates open for Samantha to catch up to her and Delilah to beat her, when that started to happen Rivet retired from the game at her peak rather than let her reputation fall to irrelevancy. This clearly affected Poly who always looked up to her mother as the best villain and now blames Delilah and Samantha for her retirement.

So how did she take the retirement life? don't go to her house for a story she'll answer the door in a dressing gown panties and of course those slippers if she's dressed like she is in the Ref you've caught her on a good day or that she has to leave the house for something (she didnt take her daughter going insane and becoming a unhinged villain to well so she rarely leaves) however she knows her reputation from going as a milf to gilf so if your lucky when you visit you might actually get some.
