I've been struggling with burnout for the better part of two months now, so I wanted to try and finish something apropos of nothing (in between my ongoing commission work anyway). So this is Cosmo! Don't know much about her yet, but I'm sure I'll think of something later :)

While all of what you're seeing here is new art, her design is derived from a rough sketch I did back in 2021 that I continued to refine for this. I've loved water/sea creatures for pretty much my whole life, but I feel like that goes a bit underrepresented in my art in general, so I'm happy to add some more now. I think the colours came out really nicely! Does this count as a Mermay submission? xD
