Leros Scarmillion is the Wingcommander who watches over the enclave Dragon's Rest and is the Authority people report to other than the enclave's counsel. Part of the Scarmillion clain that upholds honor and duty to the Dragons, but places all their faith in them among keeping their chains blood line pure through relationships with other red dragons. However that doesn't concern Leros all that much. Is duty, keeping the enclave safe and ensuring the return of the dragons is his purpose in life that he will gladly sacrifice himself in protecting.

Years back, after their guardian passed away. Leros was in changed of looking over the Weretiger, a teenage Richie and his siblings as Richie is the next in line to take role as leader of the clan. Leros agrees to watch over them and help teach them and further develop their skills. Then one day the political struggle became to much for Richie and lost control. Leros helped in subduing the weretiger, but the outburst was enough to put Richie under martial law and can't leave Dragon's Rest. Leros volunteered to watch over him as Richie siblings ventured out.

Later on, Leros catches wind of a fight between Richie and the crazed chief Louie and finds and chews Richie out but see he had friends, a phoenix borne nephilim and an angel tied to nature. He helps them and even later provides back up against the Dragon's of the damned. Once Richie's martial law is lifted, he sets out with his new friends in order to find his family and grow up a bit. Leros smiles as he remains in Dragon's Rest, doing his duties.
