Well in the future time bit he did have Raven drop the info that Primals do mature much quicker than humans (on top of staying in peak youth condition for like 350 years). So maybe 3 years are enough for Primals to mature enough to get to their teens?
If it is the case, this doesn't bode well for any human youth trying to get to get an entry level job, as the Primals would be clogging the entire thing (and their lifespan makes them more interesting prospects in jobs that value experience and long careers).

Probably that's why we never see humans around in Rascals: they NEED their own societies to prosper or else. I mean, the only human in the series so far was a wandering salesman, selling lewd photos, but alas: he was just there passing by, probably staying in a hotel and then returning to his city afterwards. Also I've never seen humans as BG characters so far, maybe 1 cameo or 2, but nothing more than that.
Why do I get a feeling that this entire arc might end with Quick considering having kids, but his new dilemma will be wondering which of his girlfriends he'll permanently settle down with? As was shown with Raven and that one anthro that had a muscular form, maybe the next few arcs involve the other women moving on from him (but still remaining good friends)?
Jazmin genuinely loves him, and in one of the chapters, both her and Chrissy were looking at him with hopeful eyes at the prospect of having kids with him. Jazmin and Chrissy did talk to Raven that she should date other guys just to be sure that she really wants to be with Quick like them.
