A recent character of Zankira's started me looking at photos of Virginia oppossums. A recent bout of obsession with the film 'Chicago' led me to link the oppossum's cute little forepaws (with their glove-like coloration) with the costume design from the Mr. Cellophane scene. And thus.
S'just a quick ballpoint pen thingie, so there's mistakes everywhere (the positions of his legs and feet confuse me), but I rather like it. The outfit itself was my...er...recalling the outfit from the Cellophane scene, as I said before. Not spot on at all, but it bears some resemblence. I had no reffs for oppossum feet, so those could be all over the place in terms of design. :3

I am in the same boat - I borrowed a copy from my mother and had it sitting around a long time before I actually watched it (I'm not usually enthralled by movie-takes of musicals) - but I was surprised a lot by it!
I think the casting was perfect and the cinematography was top-notch. Makes me wish I could dance!
