Tanjitan came to a halt as he heard his dear friend and master grunt in pain.
They had no time. The cave was cracking and crumbling, and water was pouring in. A lake from a cave above had become a deadly rainfall. But Tanjitan sat. Waiting for Naiwohn to either call for help or urge him to run again.
Done in 0.2 mechanical pencil with a little bit of digital coloring.
I actually did a rough sketch for this YEARS ago and got frustrated and abandoned it. It took many tries to get it right, but now I've done it and I'm so happy that I did.
