I originally drew this character in my head earlier this year in January of a sepia rubberhose cat character and I name him mr. seeps. Since his creation, I expanded and fleshed out his character a bit through artwork and bits of writing to have him become more of an inkblot trickster and a toony demigod demon thing that not only fulfills any wishes to any gullible individuals but also to lure them to his own reality/world that no one can ever leave. Because once you meet him, your fate will sealed for his own liking
