[PKMN][ADOPTED] Seviper/Hydrapple Hybrid
A Seviper/Hydrapple Hybrid Concept that was preemptively adopted by Hollow Fangs/PalladiumHeart as I was designing him. Originally designed using Snow White's Evil Queen as inspiration--poisoned apples and what-have-you--the ninja outfit was later requested by Hollow during the adoption.
