It is Karotz, the 3rd version of Nabaztag :)
However on the 28th of July at 06:00 Nabaztag (Version 1) and Nabaztag:Tag (Version 2) will no longer be around as the server in France is being turned off, the company is in a bad way, but for now Karotz lives on!

Mindscape were meant to Virtualize Nabaztag into Karotz, but it won't happen now!! :/
